- 打开特定笔记页面。
- 脚本运行后，等待几秒钟页面加载完成，右下角会出现“导出为MD”按钮。如果没有出现，请刷新页面或等待页面完全加载。
- 点击按钮即可将当前笔记内容导出为Markdown文件。
