Adds a freely configurable OpenAI-compatible LLM helper (cache-friendly prompt order, AI call/cache-hit stats, SSE streaming parsing, skip answered questions, NuoAPI key shortcut), an in-panel AI chat using the saved LLM config, media-to-text question extraction, book/link/micro-course/live tasks, single-instance detection, and a multi-window course warning.
